TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND SUBSCRIPTION — ORIGIN by IOVE

These conditions regulate the purchase, subscription, and participation in promotions of the product "Origin" marketed through iove.io. 

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these general conditions of purchase, subscription, shipping, returns, and promotions. 

2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 

"Origin" is a food supplement marketed by IOVE. 

The product descriptions, images, benefits, and content published on the website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice or guarantee of results. 

IMPORTANT 

·        Origin is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.  

·        Effects may vary from person to person.  

·        It is recommended to consult a healthcare professional before consuming any food supplement, especially in case of pregnancy, lactation, medication, or pre-existing conditions. 

3. SUBSCRIPTION MODALITY 

Purchasing under the subscription modality implies: 

·        The recurring shipment of an Origin box approximately every 30 days.  

·        Automatic recurring payment using the payment method provided by the customer.  

·        Automatic renewal until canceled by the user.  

The customer expressly authorizes these recurring charges by completing the purchase. 

The customer is responsible for managing and canceling their subscription before the next billing cycle if they do not wish to continue. 

Geographical availability of the subscription 

The automatic subscription functionality may not be available in certain countries at the time of launch. 

In these cases, the customer may access alternative purchase modalities (such as multi-unit packs), which do not constitute an automatic subscription, but may include: 

·        equivalent promotional benefits; 

·        priority access to activate the subscription when it becomes available in their region. 

4. SPECIAL PRESALE OFFER — “40% LIFETIME DISCOUNT” 

On the occasion of the official launch of Origin on May 21, 2026, IOVE offers a limited presale promotion consisting of: 

·        Access to a 40% discount on the current standard price for customers who finalize their purchase within the promotional period. 

·        .  

·        Initial reference price: 

o   Standard price: €65 

o   Approximate initial promotional price: €39 

·        Offer applicable exclusively to customers who correctly formalize their subscription during the promotional period enabled by IOVE.  

·                    Nature of the "lifetime" discount 

·                    The expression “lifetime” or “forever” constitutes a commercial designation of the promotion. 

·                    It does not imply a right to a permanent fixed price, but rather the maintenance of a 40% discount on the base price in effect at all times, provided that the described conditions are met. 

Conditions for maintaining the discount 

The discount will be maintained as long as: 

·        the client maintains an active commercial relationship (subscription or authorized access); 

·        there are no outstanding payments; 

·        no voluntary cancellations occur; 

·        no fraud, abuse, or misuse is detected; 

·        the product continues to be marketed under reasonably equivalent conditions. 

·                    Loss of benefit 

·                    Voluntary cancellation by the client will entail the definitive loss of access to the promotional discount. 

·                    In the event of future reactivation, the conditions in force at that time will apply. 

Exceptional modification reservation 

IOVE may review or adapt promotional conditions in exceptional circumstances, including, among others: 

·        regulatory changes;  

·        substantial and unforeseen increases in costs (raw materials, production, or logistics); 

·        force majeure situations;  

·        tax or legal changes;  

·        discontinuation, substantial reformulation, or substitution of the product;  

·        technical or reasonable economic impossibility of maintaining the promotion.  

In these cases, the customer will be informed with reasonable notice. 

Promotion Control 

IOVE reserves the right to: 

·        verify the validity of entries; 

·        exclude orders with indications of fraud, automation, duplication or abuse; 

·        limit access to the promotion according to reasonable availability criteria. 

5. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION 

The user can cancel their subscription at any time from their user account or by requesting it via email to customer service. 

Cancellation will be effective for the next cycle if made at least 48–72 hours before the next billing date. 

Cancellation entails the loss of any active promotional benefits, including the launch discount. 

6. "TRUE LONGEVITY" PROMOTION — AGE REVERSAL APP 

Description 

The first 500 customers who correctly complete a valid purchase (a subscription or product identified as valid for the promotion) during the promotional period will receive: 

Access to a platinum membership for 1 month to the "True Longevity" platform of Doctor José Hernández Poveda (Age Reversal). 

Estimated reference value of the subscription: €399/year.€69/month. 

Conditions 

·        Promotion limited to the first 500 valid orders. 

·        Allocation will be made in chronological order of confirmed purchase and validated payment.  

·        The promotion is not transferable or redeemable for cash.  

·        Access may require independent registration on the True Longevity platform.  

·        The activation and use of the platform will also be subject to its own terms and conditions.  

·         

·                    Limitation of Liability 

·                    IOVE is not responsible for the operation, availability, or continuity of the True Longevity platform, as it is a service provided by a third party. 

Loss of Benefit 

IOVE may cancel promotional access in case of: 

·        cancellation of the commercial relationship; 

·        fraud or abuse;  

·        undue returns;  

·        non-payment;  

·        misuse of the promotion.  

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 

In accordance with European and Spanish consumer regulations, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from an online purchase. 

However, for health and hygiene protection reasons, returns of unsealed products will not be accepted. 

Any product whose packaging has been opened or tampered with in a way that compromises its integrity will be considered unsealed. 

In case of a valid withdrawal: 

·        the customer must return the unopened product;  

·        return costs will be borne by the customer unless the error is attributable to IOVE

8. SHIPPING 

Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by external factors. 

IOVE will not be responsible for delays resulting from: 

·         

·        logistical incidents; 

·        customs; 

·        strikes; 

·        weather events; 

·        force majeure; 

·        supply interruptions. 

International Shipments 

For orders outside the European Union: 

·        the customer will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes or expenses; 

·        IOVE is not responsible for delays or customs retentions; 

·        in case of package rejection or impossibility of delivery, a full refund of the amount is not guaranteed. 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

IOVE does not guarantee specific results from the use of Origin or the True Longevity App. 

The information available on the website is for general informational and wellness purposes. 

The user agrees to use the products and services at their own risk. 

10. AVAILABILITY AND RESERVATION OF RIGHTS 

IOVE reserves the right to: 

·        modify products or formulations; 

·        update packaging; 

·        correct typographical errors; 

·        modify future prices; 

·        limit or cancel promotions; 

·        cancel orders for justified reasons.             

11. DATA PROTECTION 

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and current Spanish regulations.

12. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND MARKET OPENING

IOVE may progressively enable the availability of Origin in different international countries and territories.

Shipping availability, subscription modalities, promotions, prices, and commercial conditions may vary depending on the country of destination.

Shipping costs outside of Spain

Unless expressly stated otherwise, shipping costs outside the national territory of Spain are not included in the subscription price and will be fully borne by the buyer.

Applicable shipping costs will be shown to the user before completing the purchase.

Taxes, customs, and local charges

For international shipments outside the European Union, the customer will be responsible, where applicable, for:

• import taxes;

• customs duties;

• local charges;

• tariffs;

• clearance costs;

• or any other expense arising from the import of the product into the destination country.

IOVE will not be responsible for delays, customs retentions, or incidents arising from local import regulations.

Territorial restrictions

IOVE reserves the right to limit, suspend, or cancel shipments to certain countries or regions for:

• regulatory reasons;

• logistical reasons;

• health;

• commercial;

• tax;

• or force majeure.

13. APPLICABLE LAW 

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. 

Any dispute will be submitted to the corresponding courts and tribunals in accordance with the applicable consumer regulations.
