As part of this commitment, we provide our users with a single safety communication channel, designed to collect, evaluate, and monitor any possible adverse effect or undesirable reaction associated with the use of our products.
What do we mean by an undesirable or adverse effect?
- In the case of cosmetic products, an undesirable effect is considered to be any adverse health reaction that may appear after normal or reasonably foreseeable use of the product, such as skin irritation, redness, stinging, itching, or other local reactions.
- In the case of food supplements, an adverse effect is considered to be any undesirable reaction that occurs after ingestion under normal conditions of use, such as digestive discomfort, general malaise, or other health effects.
How to report an incident?
If you have experienced any reaction or adverse effect after using or consuming an iove product, we would appreciate it if you would inform us through the following channel:

To analyze the case more precisely, if possible, please include the following information:
- Product name
- Lot number (found on the packaging)
- Method of use or consumption
- Description of the observed effect and date of onset
The information will be treated confidentially and used exclusively for safety monitoring, regulatory compliance, and the continuous improvement of our products.
Communication to competent authorities
Where applicable, and in accordance with current regulations:
- Serious undesirable effects associated with cosmetic products will be reported to the Spanish Cosmetovigilance System, coordinated by the Spanish Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices (AEMPS).
- Adverse effects associated with food supplements may be reported to the competent health authorities in food safety matters.
Additionally, users can directly report these incidents to health authorities through the official channels enabled for this purpose.
